Welcome to George's World ( brand new and still under construction)

For as long as I have been fooling with the internet, I've wanted to create a website of my own. The vision was a quiet place (no banners, waving flags, popups etc), a place to relax and browse though a widely varied collection of stuff that interests me. George's World is strictly non-commercial - I confess that the Letgeorgedoit.com domain name is an expensive "vanity" thing but, what the heck...

I sincerely hope you will find something in George's World that you enjoy. Even if you don't, I'd like you to sign my Guestbook and offer any suggestions or comments you wish. E-mail and private Visitor Feedback alternatives are also available if you wish to use them. (PS: The content of George's World is graphics intensive so if you don't have graphics "on" in your browser, it won't be much fun.)

I'm trying to make navigation and exploration as easy as possible.

    Primary navigation bars on each page provide access to major sections of the site.

    The George's World logo on interior pages will always take you to the home page.

    The Site Index lists all of the George's World content - just glance, click and go!

Since George's World is only a week old, it will be evolving for some time, I plan to highlight new content on the opening page and the site index so you won't have to dig to see what's new.
